RETURN & EXCHANGE
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for a full item refund. For hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable. If this is applicable it will be stated on the product page.
At the moment, Gainers Club does not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) and place a new order.
HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt for UK orders.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of pet hairs, deodorant/fragrance and have all original tags/security seals attached.
2. Please fill-in and include the returns form (found at the bottom of this page) along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.
3. Please use a recorded service when posting your return item as we are not responsible for any items which do not reach us.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise what to do next. Our Returns Policy for faulty items upholds your statutory rights.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt of a returned order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
CAN I GET MY SHIPPING FEES BACK?
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, Gainers Club prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
I RETURNED AN ITEM AND IT WAS INCORRECTLY REFUNDED OR REPLACED.
We're sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund. Please send us a message so we can rectify this for you right away.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE?
We're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to Gainers Club. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned.
